Required Qualifications
- Horticultural Degree and proven experience in the agricultural field.
- Good people management, good task planning, excellent problem solving, and excellent computer literacy
- Ability to take ownership of designated farm operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards.
Technical Competencies and responsibilities
- Assisting the Farm Manager with planning of field plans, plant orders and plant care
