Job Overview:  We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Factory Manager to support the Factory Manager in overseeing daily processing and operational performance within a seafood processing facility. This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, cost-effective production across squid, hake, pilchard, and line fish processing operations, including cold storage and ice plant activities. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a results driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
