Assistant Facilities Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Facilities Operations & Maintenance: Assist in managing day‑to‑day facility operations of the mall, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil systems; support implementation of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) programs for all mall assets; ensure MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety) are operational and compliant; monitor BMS/CMMS systems and respond to faults or alarms promptly; assist with emergency breakdowns; support energy management and sustainability initiatives.
2. Mall Operations Support: Assist in managing daily mall operations, including cleaning, security, engineering, and ambience; conduct routine inspections to ensure high standards of maintenance, safety, and asset conditions; support crowd control, parking systems, and footfall management.
