Assistant Executive Steward

**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**

Train stewards; verify daily assignments are completed with daily kitchen walks. Ensure sanitation standards and cleanliness in all kitchen areas. Clean and sanitize all areas of the kitchen and operate the dish washing machine in a safe, accident-free manner. As well as ensuring the organization, sanitation and cost of the operation is consistent with the overall food and beverage goals and objectives

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Coach, counsel, track attendance, verify payroll, and schedule according to business levels for the steward team.
+ Train new stewards as required.
+ Supervise assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan, fiscal budget, and the company’s short term and long-term objectives.
