Assistant Engineering Manager Hvac

Job Description* Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks for HVAC modelling and coordination. N* Develops detailed HVAC models including sections, 3D views, annotations, schedules, and drawing setups. N* Creates and modifies HVACRevit families with required parameters. N* Hands-on experience with DX, VRF, chilled water, ventilation, and air/water distribution systems. N* Strong understanding ofHVAC low-side systems, including ducting, piping, fittings, grilles, diffusers, louvers, and dampers selection and sizing. N* Experience in commercial,industrial, and infrastructure projects (Metro rail, Road tunnel projects preferred). N* Prepares single-line diagrams, HVAC layouts, chilled water and ventilation drawings, and P&IDs. N* Applies relevant standards such as ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC, SMACNA, and NFPA in modelling and detailing.
