As an Assistant Engineer, you will be the technical anchor on the production floor, ensuring machinery performance, operational safety, and team coordination. We are looking for a proactive leader who is comfortable speaking in front of a group to lead daily production briefings and safety reporting.
Job Scope- Coordinate with certified operators to ensure optimal staffing and supervise adherence to standardized work instructions.
- Lead daily morning briefings to share production goals, address issues, and report status updates to the team.
