Assistant Engineer, KCDe ECS & EMF

Job Purpose

You will lead and supervise a team of in-house and outsourced personnel in performing both preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on Environmental Control Systems and Electrical, Mechanical and Fire systems.

These consist of large water plant systems, mechanical ventilation fans, etc. including tunnel ventilation system (tunnel ventilation and tunnel booster fans), Local Sequential Controllers and Fire protection systems.

Responsibilities

1) Prepare and submit monthly work schedules. Ensure all monthly maintenance work orders are scheduled and carried out as planned and are closed promptly.

2) Ensure that all works carried out comply strictly with the statutory Codes of Practices, approved work instruction / method statements, SMRTs Work Safety Manual, Quality Procedures and Quality Assurance System etc.
