Assistant Engineer (Incoming)

Frencken Mechatronics is involved in the development and assembly of industrial systems for the semiconductor industry, the healthcare market, and a wide range of analytical applications. We produce high‑quality precision mechanical parts, machine assemblies, and vacuum systems, assembled in both clean room and non‑clean room environments. As a service provider, we also manufacture high‑precision components and modules for leading high‑tech clients.

• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing, Engineering and Production on daily QC operation requirements.
• Maintain the Quality Control Plan, CMM Inspection Program and VMI Inspection Program for all running products.
• Provide training to all QC staff based on RMR/MRB corrective actions and prevention of recurrence.
• Coordinate customer return investigations with QA, Sales, Production and Engineering.
• Monitor IQC, IPQC & FGI lot acceptance rates and DPPM. ...
