ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, RESIDENTIAL EDUCATION

Position Summary:

Provide leadership and direction for residential education initiatives that support student learning, engagement, belonging, and success within the residential experience. Lead the development, implementation, and assessment of residential education programs, including First-Year Experience (Theme Living), Upper Years Experience, Living Learning Communities (LLCs), and Residential Learning Communities (RLCs). Coordinate residential programming and student engagement initiatives, develop student learning outcomes and assessment strategies, and support the training and development of residential life staff.

Serve as a member of the Residential Life and Student Conduct & Community Standards Management Team, contributing to strategic planning, policy development, campus partnerships, and departmental operations.
