The Assistant Director of Faculty Practice Nursing Operations supports the Director of Faculty Practice Nursing Operations in the oversight and coordination of ambulatory nursing operations across Faculty Practice sites. The Assistant Director collaborates with nursing leadership, practice administration, providers, and operational teams to ensure the delivery of high quality, patient-centered care in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner.
The Assistant Director assists in the implementation of strategic initiatives, operational priorities, workforce planning, clinical quality improvement activities, and standardization efforts across Faculty Practice locations.
