**Description:**

The Assistant Director of Event Planning plays a key role in bringing Hyatt’s purpose to life by supporting the planning, execution, and financial success of meetings, conferences, weddings, galas, and special events. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Events, this position leads the Event Planning team from contract turnover through event completion, ensuring exceptional client service, operational alignment, accurate billing, and strong financial performance. This leader partners closely with Sales, Catering, Food & Beverage, Operations, Finance, and other hotel departments to deliver seamless events that reflect Hyatt’s standards of care, service, and hospitality.
