Assistant Director of Care - (Temporary 6 Months)

THE ROLE

As a member of the peopleCare home leadership team, the Assistant Director of Care will collaborate with the nursing staff to ensure an advanced standard of clinical resident practice and care outcomes. Accountable to the Director of Care, this position will exhibit a role model in care provision through mentorship and leadership.

This posting is for a Full-Time schedule, Assistant Director of Care - Temporary 6 Month contract position with the expected end date of December 31st, 2026.

Reports to: Director of Care

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete assigned duties as directed by Director of Care/Director of Nursing.


• Ensure mandatory clinical programs are carried out as per peopleCare policies and procedures.


• Assumes the lead for specified mandatory programs as delegated by Manager lead.
