Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;

  • Related industry experience is strongly preferred

  • Minimum 10–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including:

  • Strong exposure to employee engagement programs across APAC

  • Hands-on operational HR experience in China

  • Proven ability to work in a matrix, fast-paced, multicultural environment.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

  • Change leadership and business transformation experience.

  • Strong knowledge of regional labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred due to China responsibil...
