Assistant Director (Audience Analytics)

What the role is:

You drive the design, development, and implementation of audience profiles and frameworks to enhance MINDEF/SAF's strategy, policy, and planning across public communications, internal communications, and community engagement.

What you will be working on:

• Develop strategic recommendations for the engagement of MINDEF/SAF's audiences
• Coordinate the conduct of social science studies across different segments of MINDEF/SAF's audiences
• Challenge(s): Keeping abreast of the latest research and practices in psychology, and ensuring that MINDEF/SAF's capabilities evolve alongside the changing environment

What we are looking for:

• At least 6 years of experience in designing and conducting research studies with an analysis component
