Assistant Controller

Job Description Role Summary Reporting to the Finance Director, the Assistant Controller will oversee all accounting and financial operations of the APAC management companies. This role is pivotal in managing the firm's pass-through expense structure, ensuring accurate financial reporting, adherence to local regulatory framework and maintaining robust internal controls. Roles & Responsibilities Manage and oversee the Hong Kong & Singapore ('APAC') management company accounting function for a growing multi-strategy, multi-manager hedge fund. Create controls and oversee the month-end close process, accounts payable, payroll, cash management, review of management packs and regulatory reporting processes. Work with and report to the Finance Director in London, coordinate on global processes for the international management companies and consolidation to US group.
