- Month-End Close & Financial Reporting
- Lead full month-end close for Canadian entities: journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and margin variance reports for Controller review.
- Recommend solutions for margin improvement and cost control.
- Team Management
- Oversee, train, and review direct reports daily.
