Assistant Construction Superintendent Scaffolding and Planning

Bechtel Corporation seeks an Assistant Superintendent to support plan development, ES&H, and quality reviews on the Yanacocha water treatment site. You will help direct craft activities under the superintendent and ensure alignment with schedules and safety standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–9 years of relevant experience in scaffolding, formwork, or construction supervision on large-scale projects. Strong leadership and coordination skills are essential.
