Assistant Clinic Manager

Job Description

Under the direction of the Clinic Manager, the Assistant Clinic Manager helps oversee the daily client operations of Women's Help Center, ensuring all locations maintain the same high-level of client care. The Assistant Clinic Manger participates in the development of programs and services, working in conjunction with administration, staff, and volunteers to ensure that all clients receive the best possible care.

The Assistant Clinic Manager is a liaison between the Medical Director and clinic staff and reports to the Clinic Manager and Executive Director. They also supervise paid and volunteer staff in the absence of the Clinic Manager, Executive Director, or Medical Director. Occasional weekend (Saturday) work is required.

QUALIFICATIONS
