JOB DESCRIPTION Under the general direction of the Chief Engineer, assist in supervising and overseeing all property and equipment preventive maintenance programs, repairs, life safety systems, and utilities at Shangri-La Resort & Golf Club. Undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of the properties, upholding a professional manner with a practical mind and attention to detail. The goal is to maintain the buildings, grounds, and common areas in the best possible condition while delivering a safe and exceptional guest experience.
