Assistant Branch Manager - Lead & Grow with Training

Repco Whakatāne is seeking a motivated supervisor to lead a busy retail branch, reporting to the Branch Manager and driving store performance. You will help introduce new initiatives and be a key contact for customers and team members on the shop floor.

You will motivate staff, deliver exceptional customer service, process sales, and uphold safety and branch presentation daily. The role requires lifting, bending and climbing, with ongoing training and staff discounts.
