ASSISTANT AFTERSALES MANAGER – DORCHESTER


Job Role – Assistant Aftersales Manager / Senior Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager / Service Reception Manager


Job Location – Dorchester, Dorset


Salary basic 28k OTE 34k


Hours: 


Monday – Friday 08.00 – 18.00 and alternate Saturdays 08.00 – 13.00 


You will have previously worked in a similar role, or perhaps a Assistant Service Manager, Front of House Manager, Workshop Controller or Senior Service Advisor.

Responsible for:

  • Implementing the Service Departments After Sales strategy (in respective area)

  • Maximising volume and gross profit in line with established targets

  • Managing costs

  • Ensuring the Service Team uses the agreed after sales processes to maximise profit opportunities.

  • Ensuring all activities of the Service Team deliver outstanding after sale customer service
