Assistant Accountant (Singapore)

Supporting role within the finance department of an organization. Reporting to a Senior Accountant / Senior Finance Manager, the Assistant Accountant helps ensure the accurate maintenance of financial records, supports the preparation of financial statements, and contributes to the smooth operation of accounting processes.

• Processing Financial Transactions: Record and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries accurately and on time.
• Daily monitoring of collections and communication to internal sales and reservation team in a timely manner to ensure it is registered correctly and timely in reservation system.
• Weekly group cash and bank reporting to internal management.
• Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements with internal records, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrections as needed.
