JOB DESCRIPTION Senior Accountant – Real Estate  

LOCATION Pune–Mumbai Highway

CTC / SALARY ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 / month

JOB SUMMARY 

We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant with experience in the real estate/construction industry to handle financial  operations, project accounting, and statutory compliance. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing  property-related transactions, vendor payments, and cost tracking for projects.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

 Manage day-to-day accounting for real estate projects and company operations  

 Maintain project-wise accounting, cost tracking, and budget monitoring  

 Handle customer receipts, booking entries, and agreement-related accounting  

 Manage vendor payments, contractor bills, and reconciliation  

 Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) ...
