Asset Surveyor

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in the East of England, who are recruiting for an Asset Surveyor on a permanent basis.

The start date is dependent upon the successful candidates notice period. The salary is circa £42,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role either as an Asset or Building Surveyor working in the public sector.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Carrying out stock condition, maintenance, and compliance surveys across domestic and commercial properties to support the Asset Management Strategy
• Conducting detailed defect analysis and investigatory inspections, diagnosing building issues such as damp, mould, disrepair, and structural defects, and advising on remediation options and costs
