Asset Retention Representative

Insight Global is looking for an Asset Retention Specialist to work for onsite for one of our client's in the Kansas City area. This position will require you to be in the office 5 days a week for the first 6-9 months while training. Once the conclusion of training, it will turn into a hybrid position with the option of one day work from home. This person will be responsible for making outbound calls and producing outbound emails to the company's customers and understanding the cancelations of any policies. It is important that this person have high attention to detail and organizational skills. They will be responsible for tracking any policy cancelations and ensuring that they have the correct amount/data documented. This role also requires good relationship building and communication skills as they will be communicating with customers daily.
