Is responsible for managing Business Intelligence Programs and the protection of Navy Exchange assets through development and execution of all Omni-Channel Asset Protection and Safety programs including shrink control e-commerce fraud and management of AP S staff dedicated to Omni-Channel. Assists in the development of total loss and margin erosion programs focusing on causes related to fraud waste and abuse. Conducts extensive analysis of business results develops implements and maintains Code S Business Intelligence programs and supports the overall Corporate Investigations team.
