JAPEX Norge is seeking an Asset Manager - Production & Development to play a key role in the company’s leadership team in Norway. The role carries broad responsibility for asset performance, value creation and field development across the E&P lifecycle. You will work closely with Operators and partners to influence key decisions in licenses, ensuring optimal development strategies, efficient production performance, and long-term value delivery. The role combines strategic oversight with active participation in technical and commercial decision-making. Production and development asset acquisitions is a core part of JAPEX Norge’s growth strategy, and you will contribute to screening, due diligence and asset evaluations for new opportunities on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
