Asset Care Manager - Festive

Responsibilities

• Support plant engineers to manage the deviations and reduce backlog on maintenance work orders and statutory inspections captured in PRAGMA.
• Development and implementation of services and total engineering asset care dashboard.
• Track availability and overall equipment effectiveness.
• Benchmark performance against industry standard, monitor the effectiveness of systems, equipment and employees.
• Ensure effective utilization of the PRAGMA preventative maintenance and material management systems for all maintenance activities.
• Develop asset care plans for critical equipment to achieve preventative maintenance.
• Critical problem-solving and utilization of key asset care techniques OEM, RCM, 5Why, and RCA processes.
• Champion for the breakdown business process and the achievement for a zero-repeat incident goal.
