Precision Fuzing and Sensors is actively hiring for a Assembly Tech I in Middletown, CT. This role plays a pivotal part in our Operations Department, directly contributing to our company Core Values (REACH). We are looking for individuals with a passion on what they do and a strong desire to make a positive impact. The ideal candidate will have a background in general assembly and general soldering experience. The Assembly Tech I will be working under the direction of the Group Leader, responsible for using a variety of assembly and manufacturing processes while also conducting in-process testing.
Responsibilities:
- Performs general assembly and Laser welding operations under direct supervision of the GL, including, but not limited to, printed wire board assembly, conformal coating, potting, ultrasonic cleaning, coil winding, evac & backfill, component forming, wire wrapping, and painting as required by program or process...
