Assembly - Subject Matter Expert

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Assembly to support and advance the assembly of sheet metal control house buildings. This position will serve as the primary expert for assembly-related best practices, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. In addition to providing hands-on technical support, the SME will play a critical role in mentoring team members, collaborating with the training department to develop effective training resources, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive accuracy, efficiency, and safety across the production floor. This role will also occasionally fill in for Leads or Supervisors during vacations or absences. Accountabilities:
