We're looking for an **Assembly Maintenance Supervisor** to lead a team of **11 maintenance professionals** , drive preventative maintenance initiatives and keep automated production equipment operating at peak performance.

**What You'll Do**

+ Lead, coach and develop a team of Team Leads and Maintenance Technicians
+ Plan and assign daily maintenance activities
+ Drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs
+ Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, PLC and robotic systems
+ Support production by minimizing downtime and reducing scrap
