Job Description

The Assembler / Polisher plays a key role in building and finishing thermoforming tooling and molds by performing precision assembly and high-quality polishing work. This position reads and interprets work orders and technical drawings, operates a variety of machining and hand tools, and ensures that all finished parts and molds meet strict dimensional and quality specifications. The role combines mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a strong focus on quality in a clean, modern manufacturing environment.

• Review work orders, drawings, specifications, and instructions to determine required materials, procedures, and sequence of operations for both assembly and polishing tasks.
