**Job Title:** Assembler – 1st Shift
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
**Pay Rate:** $12.50 per hour
**Position Summary:**
We are currently seeking reliable and safety-minded Assemblers for our 1st shift operations. Assemblers are responsible for gathering, assembling, and packing our products while maintaining high quality standards and production goals. This position involves rotating through various duties and requires consistent attendance and punctuality.

1. **Reliability:** Maintain excellent attendance and be punctual for all scheduled shifts, ready and able to work.
2. **Safety:** Work in a safe manner by following all company safety rules, policies, and procedures.
