**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled Fiber Optic Assemblers with experience in manufacturing or production environments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with small parts, wires, and cables, and will receive training on photonic cable assembly specifics. Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking is required.

**Responsibilities**

+ Follow established assembly instructions for fiber optic cables and products.
+ Maintain a minimum standard quota for job assignments.
+ Comply with all safety requirements and company policies.
+ Obtain intermediate-level understanding of assembly tools and their use.
+ Identify components and gain product knowledge at a beginner level.
+ Measure using standard and metric tools with available conversions.
+ Perform tasks accurately to ensure quality products.
+ Report any irregularities to the Production Supervisor or management.
