Build Your Future — PeopleShare is now hiring Assemblers!Assemblers Details:1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Pay Rate: $22/hour Contract-to-Hire Assembler Responsibilities:Gather materials and components for production builds Assemble coils and other products using hand, pneumatic, and power tools Read blueprints and production drawings to ensure accuracy Operate overhead cranes and move materials safely throughout the production area Perform quality checks and maintain production standards Assembler Requirements:High school diploma or GED Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Experience using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools Ability to read and follow blueprints and work instructions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
