**Job Description**
This role involves working either in the assembly department or the mulling department to build and prepare window units for installation. You will assemble components, apply weather stripping, and ensure tight seals using hand tools, or construct wooden frames using power tools and nail guns. The position requires standing for a full 10-hour shift in a fast-paced production environment, either on an assembly line or working independently, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble window components and install weather stripping in the assembly department according to production specifications.
+ Use small hand tools to ensure seals are tight and windows meet quality standards.
+ Work on an assembly line, coordinating tasks with team members where each person relies on the work of the person before and after them.
