Assembler

**Job Title: Assembler**

**Pay** : $20-$24/hour

**Shift** : 7:00AM - 3:30PM

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble small connector parts and cable assemblies at a workbench using microscopes or magnifying glasses.
+ Use tweezers and other hand tools to accurately position, prep, and secure connectors and cables.
+ Follow detailed written work instructions to complete each step of the assembly process correctly and consistently.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to understand assembly requirements, dimensions, and specifications.
+ Perform basic inspection of assembled parts to verify quality and conformance to standards.
+ Handle and organize small electrical and cable components carefully to avoid damage or loss.
+ Work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining high quality standards.
+ Use basic math to verify measurements, counts, and component quantities as needed in the assembly process.
