**Key Responsibilities**

+ Assemble parts and components using hand and power tools
+ Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules
+ Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Identify and report defects or issues to supervisors
+ Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
+ Follow all safety procedures and company policies

**Qualifications**

+ Previous mechanical assembly experience required
+ Ability to read and follow instructions or blueprints
+ Strong attention to detail and quality
+ Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift
