As the Foreperson, your role is to supervise the team and organise the day to day activities to ensure we meet the customers' expectations.
The Role:
- Day to day supervision of crew members and sub-contractors on site
- Ensure production targets are met.
- Oversee construction and plan general activities
- Make sure the work meets the high quality standards
- Lead by example and display proactive attitudes towards safety in the workplace
