**Job Description**
The Asphalt Laborer supports paving operations by assisting with the placement, spreading, leveling, and finishing of asphalt on roadways, commercial parking lots, and residential driveways. This role involves hands-on work with tools and materials, maintaining a clean and safe job site, and working closely with equipment operators, truck drivers, and crew members to ensure high-quality pavement surfaces.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist with the placement, spreading, leveling, and finishing of asphalt to achieve smooth and uniform pavement surfaces.
+ Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, lutes, brooms, and tampers to support daily paving operations.
+ Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after paving activities, ensuring a safe and organized work area.
+ Load, unload, and move materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support the crew and maintain workflow.
