FCM Travel Group, part of Flight Centre Travel Group, is seeking a Recruitment Team Leader for Asia (exc. India) to lead a high-performing recruitment team across Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Hong Kong and other markets.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes and shape recruitment strategy. You will drive employer branding, build talent pipelines, mentor recruiters, and deliver recruitment reporting while upholding inclusive, fair processes.
