Your new company
You'll be joining a well‑established social housing provider with a strong focus on neighbourhood safety, customer wellbeing and consistent service delivery. The team manages a busy caseload of ASB and tenancy‑related issues, working closely with legal colleagues, partner agencies and community safety teams to keep residents safe and supported.
Your new role
As an ASB Officer, you'll take ownership of a varied caseload, responding decisively to reports of anti‑social behaviour and progressing cases through prevention, intervention and enforcement.
You'll manage data accurately, maintain clear case notes, update customers and partners, and ensure cases are handled consistently from first report to resolution.
You'll work closely with the in‑house Legal Team to prepare high‑quality statements, injunction applications, possession paperwork and breach documentation.
