**POSITION DETAILS**
ASAP helps students earn their college degrees as quickly as possible by removing many of the financial, academic, and personal barriers they may face. Key program features include cohort-based support, a requirement for full-time enrollment, and comprehensive academic advisement and career development services. Financial incentives include tuition gap awards for financial aid-eligible students, annual textbook assistance, and OMNY cards for all participants. The ASAP Academic Advisor is a member of an integrated team that provides individualized academic, career, and related support services to an assigned group of students as they progress toward earning their associate degree. Utilizing a variety of engagement methods, the advisor works closely with students to promote academic success and degree completion.
