Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute pastries, tarts, and desserts as per brand recipes and quality standards
Assist with daily production for small-batch orders, catering, and events
Maintain consistency in flavour, finish, and portioning
Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards as per FSSAI guidelines
Manage mise en place, prep schedules, and basic inventory tracking
Support menu development, trials, and new product testing when required
Work closely with the founder to maintain brand vision and execution
