Artisan Bread & Viennoiserie Lead — Team Mentor

The Granary Bakehouse in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Head Baker to lead our bakery team in producing breads and viennoiseries for cafés and wholesale partners. Based at our central Mandai bakery, you will oversee daily production, uphold quality standards, and inspire excellence.

You will manage mixing, shaping, baking and lamination, mentor junior bakers, and collaborate with sales to align output with demand while maintaining cleanliness and safety.
