Artisan Baker — Sourdough & Early-Morning Shift

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) bakery specialist role in Singapore to craft artisan breads and sourdoughs for a fast-paced kitchen.

You will mix, shape, proof, and bake, manage fermentation schedules, and assist in developing new recipes. Early mornings required with a 6-day week; attention to detail and reliability are essential for on-time production.

Experience with long fermentation is a plus.
