Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience building AI/LLM‑based agents and deploying workflows in production environments
- 1–2 years of hands‑on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks
- Strong experience integrating APIs and working with real‑time data workflows
- Proficiency in Python (or similar) for backend or AI development
- Experience working in structured development environments with QA and validation processes
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to operate in fast‑paced, high‑urgency environments
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
- Hands‑on experience with AD
- Experience working on high‑scale systems (millions of daily interactions)
