As the Art Director , you are the visionary lead responsible for defining and maintaining the visual soul of our projects. You will bridge the gap between our clients’ creative pillars and our production team’s execution. Your role is to set the Gold Standard for every asset, ensuring that all output—whether 3D environments, character models, or keyframe animation is world‑class, technically sound, and stylistically consistent.

1. Visual Identity & Quality Control

• Style Guide Mastery: Interpret creative briefs to establish clear visual benchmarks, style guides, and mood boards for the production team.
