Art Director

Responsibilities

• Concept and design best-in‑class digital creative across social and video, focusing on visual storytelling and performance
• Contribute to pre‑production planning and support on‑set shoots
• Collaborate with editors, designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure creative aligns with brand voice and business objectives
• Navigate ambiguity and provide proactive solutions through daily brainstorming and inspiration sharing
• Lead visual execution and ensure design excellence from kickoff through delivery

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in visual design with a strong portfolio in digital campaigns and social‑first content
• Prior social agency experience or experience managing high‑volume, high‑visibility accounts
• On‑set and content production experience working with video directors and producers
• Strong client presentation and communication skills
