Responsibilities
- Makes sure each team member attains individual monthly target
- Makes sure team attains the quarterly and annual team sales target
- Trains and develops competitive sales executives
- Approves unit costing computation and quotations
- Makes sure that client details are properly recorded
- Makes sure that all client financing documents / bid documents are complete before submission
- Approves and reports monthly team pipeline and consummated reports
- Makes sure that team has no floating accounting transactions
- Develops a sales team strategy to maximize team efficiency
- Builds and maintains client relations
